A meeting was held today between Dean Hazem Al-Meshneb and Vice-Dean Zakaria Attia, with the Director of the Office of Student Affairs and his staff. During the meeting, the Vice-Dean of the College and the Director of Student Affairs reviewed the final report following the close of the registration period and the close of the deletion and addition period for courses. Furthermore, the Dean of the College was instructed to distribute access to the Zad platform to all members of his teams.
He also was instructed to start preparing the schedule for the midterm exams, as well as to ensure that the academic calendars are adhered to at all times. Upon hearing about the administration’s obstacles and difficulties, the Dean assigned tasks to facilitate the work and resolve student issues.
