To be a distinguished and pioneering unit for accurately monitoring student problems and providing academic advising services to meet all their educational needs.
- Mission
Working to create an advanced academic environment that effectively contributes to enhancing the educational process and developing student identity through planning, coordination, and supervision of academic advising processes and providing care and services to male and female students in a manner consistent with the faculty’s vision and mission.
Objectives
• Establish a clear policy and issue regulations governing academic advising, procedures, and rules.
• Prepare a plan to train academic advisors and evaluate their performance.
• Supervise the progress of the advising process in course registration and adherence to registration requirements and procedures.
• Disseminating the culture of academic advising among staff members and students and facilitating the use of its services.
• Assisting students in setting their goals and developing plans that align with their abilities.
• Introducing students to the university life, academic regulations and bylaws, and the services provided by the faculty and university.
