الدبلومة المهنية فى العيادة النباتية وتقنيات صحة النبات

– يشترط للقبول في الدبلوم المهني:

• أن يكون المتقدم حاصــــــلاً على الدرجة العلمية الأولي من جامعة مصرية أو من جامعة أخرى معترف بها من المجلس الأعلى للجامعات.
• بالنسبة لغير المصريين (الوافدين) يتم تطبيق القواعد المنظمة لذلك حسب أحكام اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون تنظيم الجامعات وقرارات المجلس الأعلى للجامعات.
• موافقة جهة العمل على الدراسة إذا كان الطالب يعمل أو كتابة إقرار بأنه لا يعمل بأي جهة حكومية أو قطاع خاص.
• لا يجوز لطالب الدراسات العليا القيد فى أكثر من دبلوم أو درجة جامعية عليا فى آن واحد إلا بموافقة مجلس الدراسات العليا والبحوث بناءً على اقتراح مجلس الكلية وبعد أخذ رأى مجالس الأقسام المختصة طبقا لأحكام المادة 94 من قانون تنظيم الجامعات.

ج- يشترط في قيد الطالب لدبلوم المهني:

1-  أن يكون الطالب حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس من إحدى الجامعات المعترف بها من المجلس الأعلى للجامعات للدراسة ببرنامج الدبلوم المهني للعيادة النباتية إذا أستوفى شروط القبول.

2- أن يستوفى الطالب شروط القبول/ المفاضلة في القسم العلمي (إن وجدت) وأن يحصل على موافقة مجلس القسم المختص ومجلس الكلية.

3- أن يستوفى الطالب المستندات والنماذج المطلوبة إدارياً ويرفعها على موقع الدراسات العليا الكترونياً.

5- لا يعتبر الطالب مقيداً أو مسجلاً في أي مقرر إلا بعد سداد الرسوم الدراسية.

6-  القيد والتسجيل شرط لكى يُسمح للطالب بالحضور واحتساب المقررات الدراسية له.

• The applicant must have a first degree from an Egyptian university or from another university recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities.
• For non-Egyptians, the rules governing this are applied according to the provisions of the executive regulations of the Universities Organization Law and the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities.
• Approval of the employer to study if the student is working, or writing a statement that he does not work in any government agency or private sector.
• A graduate student may not enroll in more than one diploma or higher university degree at the same time except with the approval of the Council of Graduate Studies and Research based on the proposal of the College Council and after taking the opinion of the relevant department councils in accordance with the provisions of Article 94 of the Universities Organization Law.

To enroll a student in a professional diploma, the following are required

• The student must have a bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities to study in the professional diploma program for the botanical clinic if he meets the admission requirements.
• The student must meet the conditions for admission/differentiation in the scientific department (if any) and must obtain the approval of the relevant department council and the college council.
• The student must complete the administratively required documents and forms and upload them electronically to the graduate studies website.
• The student is not considered enrolled or registered in any course until after paying the tuition fees.
• Enrollment and registration are a condition for the student to be allowed to attend and have his courses counted.

Academic reference standards (ARS)

Provide the community with highly qualified and professionals with skills and ethical values in light of the guidelines and general standards for postgraduate programs issued by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education in 2009, related to diplomas granted by Egyptian higher education institutions. Academic reference standards (ARS) adopted by the Faculty of Science, South Valley University.

Consistency of the program aims with the mission of Faculty of Science- Sohag University:

The faculty of Science – Sohag University aims to provide the local and regional community with highly qualified, multidisciplinary and professional graduates. The faculty also aims for its graduates to be able to participate in the development of the surrounding community. Since the primary occupation of the residents of the surrounding community is agriculture, the faculty had to pay attention to this field, which is the mainstay of income in Sohag and the Arab Republic of Egypt. Consequently, this diploma adds practical skills to biology graduates and others of the Faculty of Science, as well as graduates of other colleges, enabling graduates to join work in the field of plant protection from diseases, and this leads to an increase in the income of the largest number of residents of the Sohag Governorate (farmers). As income increases, the cycle of capital, health, education and other various aspects of life are improved. In this concern, this applied diploma, that dealing effectively with plant diseases and finding scientific solutions for them, is fully consistent with the mission of the Faculty of Science in Sohag.

2. Know well the host parasite relationship and their immune response.
3. Enumerate the methods that can be used to combat each plant disease.

5. Realize the importance of principles and basics of quality assurance in the area of plant pathology.
6. Recognize the basics and ethics of research on animal model at phytopathology.

1. Deduce from the available data the most appropriate procedures that can be used to diagnose and control of plant diseases.
2. Explains professional practice based on scientific evidence to control plant diseases.

5. Annalise the data in the light of advanced research and topics related to the specialization

2. Link between the causal agent of plant diseases and the visible and hidden symptoms.
3. Use efficiently the available facilities and equipment for accurate diagnosis and treatment of plant diseases.

5. Interpret results obtained from the applied procedures on pathogen and infected plant.
