As the department includes a group of distinguished professors in research in most of the disciplines of botany and microbiology<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The department also includes a group of research laboratories equipped with the latest equipment and research capabilities<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0The department is always looking to keep the developments in local, regional and international scientific research by focusing on modern disciplines such as genetic engineering, bioinformatics, microbial toxicology, and biotechnology.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Many of the department&#8217;s staff are arbitrators in the most prestigious periodicals and international publishing houses<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The staffs are always keen to publish their research in specialized and refereed scientific journals that have a classification and impact factor<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">They also keen to obtain local and international research projects, which contributes to the development of research laboratories and the transfer of modern technology<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0The department attracts graduate students from neighboring Arab countries<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The paper of one of the international students from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was accepted to study and obtain a doctorate degree in Philosophy of Science (microbiology).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Botany and Microbiology has a fundamental and active role in advancing the research process at the college, university and national levels.
